Acceptable Deals & Conditions

1. Only lands and landed properties with valid Title located in Lagos State are listed for Sale.
2. Acceptable Titles are restricted to C of O, Governor's Consent, Official Gazettes/Excision, and Deeds of Assignment and Survey, Deed of Sublease.
3. The property on Sale must be handled by a reputable construction company with good track records.
4. The Vendor has the vested power to sell.
5. Site visit may be made by the Customer before Final Payment.
6. The modalities for Site visits are as provided by the Vendor.
