ETH10k.io is Nigeria’s premium multivendor marketplace, created to empower local traders, businesspersons, or companies, to own online stores, with premium features that ensure seamless experience for all online shoppers, from the point of purchase to delivery.

As a buyer, feel safe purchasing products on ETH10k.io. You will be buying only from verified vendors, who have passed through a rigorous process of validation, authentication, and selection before they were allowed to onboard as Vendors.

As a multivendor marketplace operator, we are in 9500 Cities across Nigeria and have 1000+ product categories.

Vendor Payout System

Our vendors are settled at D+2, that is, delivery date plus 2 days. The 2 days allow customer take ‘keep or return’ decision. Payout is made each day at 12.00hrs. Vendors are rendered monthly transactions/account statement to enable completeness check and reconciliation.

Products Approval(s)

Every vendor’s product is subject to quality assurance review for alignment with established minimum standard before approval to appear on the Front Store. Any product found below the minimum standard or not aligned with the terms and conditions is rejected with accompanied reason to the vendor for remediation and representment, if possible.

Vendor Micro-Store with Its Own Design

Our vendors can not only sell their products on a shared storefront but have a standalone micro-store within our virtual marketplace. Each vendor area is laced with their logo, store description, products, specific features, filters, and categories. We allow our vendors to express themselves, changing the theme style and layout of a vendor store selecting their own color scheme. They are allowed to engage their customers on their product related issues.

Reports and Statistics

You cannot build a successful virtual shopping mall without a thorough analysis based on statistics and reports. We have seen to that and integrated the Multi-Vendor online marketplace builder with Zoho Analytics that provides the insights of your website traffic and marketing effectiveness. That’s not it. There is another built-in tool you cannot deal without. A Sales reports feature provides our vendors with the detailed statistics on the sales in our marketplace. Vendors can form the statistics in a graphical or tabular chart, which can be grouped into separate reports.

Vendor Geolocation

Are you planning to sell in several cities? Are you interested in wholesale and retail distributions? If it is so, a Vendor Geolocation feature is just what you need. We display your store on the map and allow your customers to see your store with the distance from the customer’s exact location. We can create product filters based on our vendor location and improve your customers’ experience making them return to your store again and again.

Separate Vendor Admin Panel

Each vendor has a separate admin panel which allows vendors to manage their own settings and products. Vendor panels include just what vendors need and are allowed to modify in your marketplace. Vendors will not interfere with each other. Our Vendors can:

·         Manage their orders, products, filters, options, search words, and features.

·         Add different informational pages, polls, forms, and links

·         View the own account balance

Separate Mini Store for Every Vendor

Our vendors promote their online mall as they have a micro store right inside ETH10k marketplace. The micro store URL contains the vendor company name. Vendors can share it to attract customers to their store. Micro stores contain:

·            product filter for vendor items

·            contact information.

Promotions for Vendors

ETH10k gives vendors more opportunities to boost their sales. Vendors can create their own catalog and cart promotions—offer free shipping, discounts, free products, and coupon codes.

Separate Checkout by Vendors

Customers can place orders from different vendors separately and have a consolidated checkout.

Location based Real-time and Manual Shipping Fee Calculations

ETH10k makes the life of the customer easier with real-time shipping fee calculations and vendors can also set their own manual shipping methods.

Customer-to-Vendor Communication

ETH10k enables customers to send messages to vendors, connect customers with vendors so that the latter could answer the customer’s questions about a product. With the Customer-to-Vendor Communication function, customers can send a message to vendors right from the product page. It makes products more attractive for buying and helps to convert visitors into paying customers.

Comments and Reviews

Bring your sales to a new level with user-generated content. Reviews are crucial for any business that cares about its reputation. Customer reviews help vendors get fair credit and earn good image in customers’ opinion. Reviews influence vendors’ and thus direct outcome. Multi-Vendor offers the feedback and review system with an interactive star rating. Customers can comment and rate vendors, products, categories, and orders. Paid-for positive reviews are useless as customers want to see honest opinions about sellers and their products. ETH10k makes it so that comments and reviews in Multi-Vendor are moderated by the store administrator. 

Vendor Account Balance, Sales Reports & Statistics

ETH10k vendors can view their account balance to track all payouts and transaction fees taken by the store administrator. Sellers can also review the income and expenditure statistics: total and per period.

 Vendor Locations

The Vendor Locations function allows display on map with all the vendors in the chosen location, enables product filtering by distance from the customer’s location, and shows nearby vendors on the marketplace homepage. The Vendor Locations function allows customers to support local vendors, receive orders sooner, and easily find nearest vendors.

Design Editor For Vendors

ETH10k enables vendors to create a unique design for their micro-stores and enables vendors to modify colors, fonts, backgrounds, and the layout of their micro-stores to fit their requirements.
